How do you think about eating fast food.

Do you know just a simple fast food can lead you to serious sickness. As we know fast food has a big influence to our meal. It is becoming a part of our life in the modern society. Because convenience and rushing for time.
Fast food is almost everywhere. I am a kind of person who like eating fast food. I have to go to 7-11 everyday.
I often have PIZZA and KFC. I know it quite harmful if I eat it a lot but i cannot stop.
I try to healthy food and I hope i will be a healthy person.
