How can you stop posponement?

I belive that many people have ever posponed something they have to do,So do I.
when I feel lazy to do something, I always think that I will do on tomorrow.
when tomorrow comes, I say that I'll do it on next day again.  
It's very bad behavior. Could you suggest me some techniques to solve this problem?

Recognize that procrastination stems from habit. New habits will be needed, and these take time and commitment to develop. Recognize the difference between an appropriate decision to delay, and an irrational postponement without justification. Unpleasant tasks rarely turn out to be as bad as you think. Complete these tasks first. Schedule them for early in the day. Give yourself a reward for doing them. People delay because they can't make up their minds.

I might be difficult to fix this bad habit.
Start from, doing an easy assignment first and move to the difficult one.
I also can fix it by setting my due date a week ahead a real due date.
If it still isn't work, I will ask my friends to help me.

My problem is procrastination.
I always procrastinate my assignments that is very bad habit.
I try to change myself by reminding that I must complete it before deadline.
I want to stop it before I afraid that I will be wont.
Do it suddenly when the teacher give an order to me!

Just do it right now! You will never postpone if you do it right now.
When teachers assigned you to do work. You just do that work as soon as possible.
It's so easy to do that. But, I never do it assp even if I know that.

You keep saying that you don’t have time.
The truth is that we all have the same amount of time, the only difference is in how we use it. I used to spend days only watching TV. Granted I was fighting a depression and anorexia, but still, I wasted so much precious time on mindless and useless stuff like Private Practice. Make an assessment, look where your time goes and how you could use it better. You’ll soon see that there are many areas you can carve out great amounts of time.
