What should you do when you don't have inspiration to do sth. ?

Sometimes, I don't have inspiration to something.
For instance, I don't have inspiration about studies because I don't like it.
I think I have to find the way to be happy with it but now I can't find.
I try to be happy when I study but I don't like
I try to think that although I don't like, I can use something in future.
If you feel like me, what should you do ?

It's not a joke, really!!
The time that I don't have inspiration is the time that I lose my consciousness or have too must stress!
Sleeping can help me relax.
Sleeping releases my brain to order information and clear useless trash.
Waking up freshly helps a lot to inspire me to continue living and thinking of new ideas!!

They hardly encourage me but they TAUGHT me to think myself.
They taught me to blame myself first when I face the hardship.

like watching movies, singing, getting on Facebook, watching youtube, or even sleeping.
When the last minute comes to you that you really need to work on something,
an inspiration will pop up and occur itself.

For me, when I don't have my own or inside inspiration to do something, I will seek for another outside one.
It depends on what is inspiration for.
If it for a big project or assingments, I will search for good idea from internet, books and other medie then try to put my own idea into it. It's like developing or building the idea on.

Honestly, I don't really know what should I do when I don't have an inspiration. I have experienced the situation that I don't really know what to do, how to move on , and I was really stuck. My brain became so dull that I can't think of anything. All I did was just sitting there and started crying. Fortunately, I have a few people who are always beside me. As soon as I leant on their shoulders or hug them, my problem seem to fade away gradually. Accordingly, I suggest you to consult someone you trust and tell them all about your problem so that they can help you find your way.

I don't know what exactly my inspiration to learn.
I think I do every for my parents.
But one day I heard many people say about my future career.
I think It won't be like I expected.

What I can do are watching TV which I enjoy the most, and talk to my mom that can help me a lot, too. Sometimes, I go out with my friends. Travel is another choice for me.

I would say , then you need to find your own god damn inspiration. I so lucky that I have my holy grail
inspiration that keep me back on track of what I work for. Because of I get to study what I love,
or course English. The cool thing about it is, whenever I speak English whatsoever about English,

After that two things that I will do are sleep and play sport.
