 How to release the anger?

PostSubject: How to release the anger?   11th November 2015, 11:34 pm

When I am angry, I will take a deep breath and count 1 to ten.
Then I will go away from there and find a place to keep calm.
If I stay at my dorm and at that time I feel angry, I will play game online
to make me calm down.

I will sing songs to release my anger,
speak to someone who listens to my opinion.
I will leave everything and leave everything the I'm doing.
Just let do nothing and let me alone.

I'm a kind of hot-tempered. I get angry really fast when seeing something
I don't like. The ways to release anger are;staying away from that thing,
shutting my mouth up because I'm scared that I will speak out savage words,
and this will break others' feelings.

Being angry is the moment that I really do not like myself. I used to threw bad words to release my anger and learned that it's not a good thing to do. So to release my anger I just want to be alone and silent for awhile and sometime my favorite song can help.

Actually, I am the one who rarely get angry.
Unless that situation makes me very very serious and I think it is not good.
When the anger comes to me, at first I cannot control it.
So I just keep calm and think about the result if I do something bad.
It depends on your styles somebody loves to listening to music or go outside.
Anyway, the best way to release it is protecting yourself from the anger as much as possible.
It will be fine for your life.

When I feel angry someone or something, I always keep quiet.
I try to control my mood because I don't want to make a mountain out of a molehill.
Leave me alone when I feel bad. When I feel better, I will forget everything.

I am a type of a hot-tempered person which I get angry very easily.
I cannot really handle my anger but the way that I usually do to release the anger
is to talk to somebody and express all the feelings I have to him/her.
After that, I will get a lot better. Very Happy

Check out kickboxing classes or some other kind of martial arts. Also try running or high aerobic exercises. It's great to have an outlet, and the wall is not the answer!

For me, I prefer stay alone and do things which I like.
When I'm angry about something, I'll go away from it.
Then I'll try to listen to music, watch movie, or go shopping in order to calm down myself and let me not think about it as well.
Anger is quite a silence danger which harms our life, it make us unhappy and sometimes feel like crazy.
The best solution is avoid it, don't be a victim of this danger.

Taking a shower can help me release the anger because cool water can reduce my temperature perfectly.
While I am taking the shower, I am trying to find the cause of my anger and trying to control my mood.
Moreover, I also use this technique to cope with my sadness, too.

You'll be surprise.
I don't know how to release anger because I don't get angry.

I don't remember when was the last time I was angry at someone (or something).
It's been a while since then and I think I had been angry less than 4 times this year.
It's just that I don't take things too personal and listen to my thinking rather than feeling.

Tell them clearly and assertively what you're angry about. If you don't feel you can do this to their face, write a letter and send it. If you don't want to send it, just write the letter and burn it.
Exercise - this is a great way of releasing pent up energy.

This is quite difficult to answer. I am the one who is very overdo when I angry with anybody.
But the best thing which I have known cus I have experienced by myself is call MOM.
Mom is the best medicine, the best adviser and the best friend.

1. Learn to read your body.
2. Practice controlled breathing.
3. Perform an anger release ceremony.
4. Find something funny or silly.
5. Listen to calming music. Listening to music can be an excellent distraction technique that can help you release your anger.

if I want to release my anger, I will stay a way from other people.
Also, give a time for myself to think more, and do something else.
If it doesn't work, I will turn on a TV and watch my favorite drama.
Again, if it doesn't work, I will sleep to make myself clam down.

Sleeping is the best way to release my anger. It can be bettet after I wake up. While we are sleeping we will get more happy moments. Don't think anything too much.

For my own way, I can be out of anger by myself. I am a person who is kind of easy-going and reasonable. I always find the reason why I have to feel angry, and then I will be better.

The best way to release anger is to laugh.
Only you laugh or even just smile at that one or thing that makes you angry, you will be relieved.
It's sound funny, right? But I'm sure that it works.

Stay alone!!!!
Living in this world is hard because a lot of people will make you insane!!
So the best thing for releasing the anger is to stay alone, think, and relax by yourself.
If you feel angry and explode in the public, other people will see you as a bad person.
Split yourself out of crowded place is great. trust me!! Very Happy
