Having loose skin is one of the reasons but for me, the main reason is when I get old, I can't do something that I want to do. For example, bungee jumping, hiking, or any exciting activities.

I think they maybe concern about their appearance; they don't want to have the wrinkle faces which destroy their beauty especially the women.
According to that point, most people try to do lots of ways to avoid growing old; for example, they use a cream which reduces the wrinkle or they do a lot of exercises.
For me, I think it is a natural rule which the age is growing day by day, you can't change it.
The good way is to accept it and be happy with yourself. You can take care of yourself in order to be healthy, it is good, but you should not think too much about it.
The age is not a big problem at all.
