Will there be World War 3?

Few days ago there was an attack in Paris. People are now wondering if there will be World War 3.
But I think that it's not gonna happen.
You know what making war is very, very expensive. It affects a country's economics as well as reputation.
Secondly there isn't any country that holds the "absolute power". I mean like the biggest guns or super secret weapons that can evaporate any nation in seconds.
Each nations has almost the same firepower and that acts like some kind of war deterrence.
It's like saying "if you start a war, prepare to get your ass kicked".

Just my opinion though.

Hopefully, it won't occur.
If it does so, the world will be a lot harder to live.

I think it gonna be happen soon.
The world is so cruel.
I think it occurs like that because of ISIS.
They want to be an enemy with every countries.
They kill, kill, and kill others cold-blooded. Now, Barak Obama and Vladimir Putin

I think it maybe happens if people still have the conflict against each other.
Especially, nowadays, people are usually selfish; they don't care much about others so it maybe a cause of the big conflict or the war also.

I think NO.
Though there are many serious situations between IS and many countries around the world, France, Russia, USA, like you said, it's not going to happen (just seems like it will happen)!
It is because (normal) people are smarter than the past and they are taught to realise how bad the war is (tho their president might need to make it happens.)
Presidents won't have power (to make a big decision like war) if they don't have residents to support them. I'm sure that (many) people all over the world want just peace.

I don't expect to see World War III, so I wish it won't happen sooner or later.
World War always hurts people all over the world. Some lost their loves, some lost their houses and many more. We all should concern about it, too.
Peace won't lead us to the World War III.

Of course yes!!
Absolutely yes!!!
People will love each other if they have the same enermy.
But this theory is not exist in the world bevause many people, many thought, many kind of parents' caring!!
And it also impossible that every country will have the same enermy.
Each country has each way of being powerful.
Even Thailand is the smiling country, we always have small civil war inside like a wave under the water!!!

That never happens because WW3 is not about just two countries's conflict but another countries. No country cannot accept the consequences of the war. It will ruin people's lives and property.
As I heard, there are many countries including EU that agree to support France to declare the war to IS.
