What are the causes of being stressful?

Life stresses can also have a big impact. Examples of life stresses are:
- The death of a loved one
- Divorce
- Loss of a job
- Increase in financial obligations
- Getting married
- Moving to a new home
- Chronic illness or injury

For me, overthinking causes the stress. It also makes me get a headache.
When you think too much about something, you will be with it all day and sometimes, dream about it.
So, I try not to think too much, if it's possible.

For me, they are over-thinking and anxiety. Being stressful causes lots of problems and bad results to me.
Firstly, I have a headache. It usually occurred when I thought too much about something
or paid much attention to something such as homework.
Then, I feel hopeless as I lose everything and I don't want to try anymore.
This feeling happened only when I faced a big problem which I'd never seen before.
Finally, the peak point is that I stop doing anything as if the computer shuts down
itself suddenly without the cause.
It shows that the worst problem happened to me, and at that time I couldn't solve it.
The best ways are taking a rest, trying to forget it, and calming down myself, because
if I resisted to continue thinking about the problem, my brain would be bomb for sure.
Now, I try and try to reduce this thing, I really don't like myself when I'm stressful
