Yes, I have.
I like waking up in the morning to exercise.
Waking up early helps me exercise effectively.
Exercise in the morning has many health benefits.
It's suitable time to burn carbohydrate and fat .

No,I have not.
Because, I wake up late every morning
and feel very sleepy.
Therefore , I don't like to exercise in the morning.

When I first got back from my exchange year in the states, I woke up in the morning to do some exercise. Because I gained 15 kilograms, that was why I needed to loose my weight as quick as possible. It actually worked out very well. Unfortunately, I'm gaining more weight now because I eat a lot. Maybe I need to start to wake up in the early morning to do some exercise just like before. Sad

Hahaha~ I have NEVER ever woken up in the morning to exercise by my own self.
EXCEPT!! in the last 2 years camp that stuffs woke the participants up then did the exercise together
in the too early morning with full of the sleepy feeling. Sleep Sleep Sleep  
To be a healthy woman, if I could, I would try to do like you suggest. Thanks!

I usually work out in the morning.
It makes me feel fresh.
I like weight training in the morning.

I usually wake up early and exercise by using hula hoop. It's really suitable for me since it needs a little space and I can do it whenever I want. Although it does't make me slim because I still eat too much, at least it makes me healthy and feel fresh all day.

Sincerely, I have never woken up in the morning to exercise.
I believe that exercising is not depending on time or place but evey action is exercising.
So, if we don't need to lose weight, just try to walk and do some house chores.

Yes, I have.
It's quite a few times.
Get up early is not my problem, but I cannot get out of my bed.
I love to lay on my bed.
I always work out in evening. Because in that time I woke up already.

I ever planned to exercise in the morning, but I never do it successfully.
I can wake up at 6 a.m., but I'm too lazy to go out.
Sometimes I do exercise at my dormitory. I think it's better than didn't do anything.

It happened to me long long time ago, since I was about 12.
I cannot do like that again because i'm lazy especially in the morning.
I prefer exercising in the evening more than the morning anyway.

Umm... sometimes I woke up to exercise in the morning.
I like the weather in the morning. It's so cool and fresh.
However, I found that it is hard to try to woke up early in the morning lol
It's my lazy time.

I rarely exercise in the morning because of many problems. But the major problem is laziness. I don't like to wake up early although I know it is good for our health. So I decide to do the exercise in the evening instead. It is also good for our health, too.

Of course, yes. I get used to waking up early. I usually wake up early to go exercising at the public park. Waking up early gives me a plenty of time to do many things like exercisinf, watching movies, homework and so on.

I prefer exercising in the evening.
I have a lot of homework to do, to sleep enough and to go to study on time.
So it not suitable for me to exercise in the morning.

Honestly, I seldom do the exercise.
And getting up early is very hard to do for me also. haha

One thing that I have to fight for waking up in early morning is laziness.
Waking up in the morning for exercise was quite hard at the first day for me, so I had to force myself until I was familiar with it.
I found that the benefit of exercise in the morning made me feel fresh and active almost all day, so let's have a try.

I used to woke up and exercise in the morning, but only for three days.
After that I get up late everyday, so I do not exercise in the morning but do it in the evening instead.

I "used to" wake up at five in the morning but it was in the past. Now, it's hard to wake up early
and it's even harder to drag myself bed to do some workout. It even sound impossible to me. However,
I would like to suggest those who want to lose some weigh. Exercise in the morning helps you to burn
a lot calories. Believe it or not, I have lost 3 kilo in 3 day by exercise 45 minutes in the morning.

Long time ago...............

I like walking and running,but now I never woke up in the morning to exercise.
But I usually go in the afternoon about 6.00 p.m. I go 4-5 times/week in the park and spent the time about 1-1.30 hrs in there.

No, exercise can't wake me up in the morning.
I love to spend my time on bed more than wake up early in the morning and do some exercise.
