Absolutely not my imagination this time.
Even if you don't play any musical instrument, you would notice that Pop songs have the same kind of pattern.
Especially Thai Pop music, they all has the same sad tone. And I'm not talking about the lyrics.
There are very little variations in Pop music. I really hate it.
I'd rather listen to cats making out on the rooftop.

Yes, I think so but who care?
Sometimes, people listen to music because it reflects to their life of their experience.
Tho they know what the pattern will be, they still listen to it.

I agree with you. But I think that it's what they like.
Comparing with me, when I have my favorite author though their novels have the same plot, I still read it. Though I can guess what the story will be, I still read it cause I like it.
For Pop music...because they like it, they still listen to it as Jutal said.
