I think it is a good chance for people who want to change or improve their appearance.
Some people don't confident their self so plastic surgery can help them more confident.

For me, I think it has two side; good and bad.
About the good side, it is good for people who have some problems with appearances and these problem also make them feel not confident.
The plastic surgery can help them to fix that points such as nose or chin.
I am the one who wants to do the plastic surgery with my nose and breast for more confidence.
On the other hand, there are bad results from this actions as well, if you don't choose a clinic which is worth and reliable, or a doctor who is not expert in this field.

In my opinion, surgery has both positive and negative effects on people.
First, it helps people who aren’t beautiful to be nicer, because beauty is really important in our society and having surgery raises their self-esteem. Some people could never get good jobs because of their looks; others may lose their jobs because of their appearance.
