PostSubject: What is the best time to read a book? Day vs Night?   What is the best time to read a book? Day vs Night? Empty19th August 2015, 3:31 am

Everyone thinks they know what the best time to study is
but the reality is that each person is different and there is no clear winner from a scientific point of view.
But for me in the night, it works because i can understand and remember without using many times and also I can read it until i want to go to sleep.

So, I want to know what you think which one is the best time to read a book and why?

For me, I can remember well in the morning.
I usually wake up early and start reading when I'm going to have a test because when I wake up early, I feel fresh and ready to recieve information.
Therefore, reading in the morning is my way.

I always read a book in the time like
5 am. - 7 am.
I get up early and read a book. I'll hungry around 7 am.

3 pm. - 5 pm.
After have lunch, I'll want to sleep but if I start read a book at 3 pm., I'm awake.

midnight - 2 am.
It's the best time. I don't want to sleep and awake. That time is so quiet.
It's suitable to read a book. I can concentrate only a book.

I don't know which one is the best because I always fail to read at anytime.
I just know that I don't want to read at a day time because I have other interesting to do.
As the night as well, I also have to sleep early or do other interesting things. haha
Kidding! Reading is not depend on which time but it depends on your comfortable place and atmosphere or maybe the test is coming behind. Smile

For me, whenever my brain is ready and my eyes can concentrate to a lot of letters, it's the best time to read. Sincerely, I'm a kind of person who doesn't have specific time for reading. That means both day and night are possible because it is not about time but it depends on my readiness.

For me, the best time is night for reading.
Because I have more concentration than reading on Day time.
Moreover, Night time is a good time for relaxing.

In my opinion, night is the best time.
At night, most people have slept already so there is no noise which interfere my intention.
If I read at this time about 10 p.m., I will read and interpret the contents correctly
which are good for my understanding.

I actually don't know when is the best time for reading books. I think it's depends on your time. If you have free time at the night, it's good to read at night. If you have time at the day, it's good to read at the day. Everything is depends on your time, I think. For me, the early morning is the best time to reading books.

I don't know why I cannot concentrate on reading books in the day time.
I feel relaxed and have more inspiration to read books in the night time.
Maybe the nights are more silent than the days for me. Anyway, for people
who are diligent, they don't even care what the time is; they just read and read,
but I'm not one of them. How ridiculous I am.

For me, both day and night time can be the best time to read. It depends. Any time can be good, it depends on place. If that time is quiet, and my heart is calm that's the best time. Or if it is close to the exam crisis, my adrenaline will motivate me to hit the book. And that is also the best time.

The time not affects to my reading.
I can read all time where is quiet.
And also I have good emotion.
Importantly, I must have the inspiration to read.

For sure it's depend on individual, but for me at night is the best part for reading.
I can keep concentrate when i didn't have to do another thing and it's mean i only read a book before i go to sleep.

Time is doesn't matter for me, but the mood is affect my reading time.
I have a problem with this. Sometimes, I wait until last minute to read a book(That's so bad habit).
If I have to choose, I will go for a night time.
My brain is more clear during the night. drunken drunken

Night! Because it's silent
and there is no noise.
That is the reason why
I like to study at night.

I love reading in the early morning 3-6 a.m! This time is completely silent and peace. No one can interrupt you except the sound from breeze. Actually, at night I can't read effectively because day activities push my concentration away. My brain works smoothly when I get some sleep. Let's sleep early and wake up sooner Very Happy Smile

I think both are the best. I didn't care that it was night or day. I just want to read my books and listening to music along. In the day we have the light but in the night we have silent. Both of their benefits are good choices.

I barely read the books during the daytime because it often makes me feel asleep.
Morover, I found that the best time reading books of me is the night time!!
Around 1 a.m. - 4 a.m. my brain is so bright and it's very easy to remember
and get the understanding in what run through my eyes.

I like to read at night.
Because it's very silent and I will be free at night.
I have no class at night and I don't have so much thing to do.
So it is very best time to read.

I like reading at the night time because the weather is not too hot
and they have a bit vehicle's noise not like day time.
There is only one thing that prevent me from reading at night.
It is sleepiness! It makes me read slower than normal.
But, I still like reading at night.

I prefer day time to night time.
I think day time is my best time to read a book.
My brain was so bright and clear. It's ready to get more knowledge.
In the night, it's the time to sleep and relax my brain.

I prefer both of them.
Daytime has enough sunlight for reading books.
Nighttime has comfortable atmosphere.
It depends on the people surrounding me.
If I stay in the place where many people are talking loudly,
I won't understand anything.
