What is your effect from sleeplessness?

Sleeplessness causes many bad health.
I have been sleeping late for a month so that I always have a headache.
Today I woke up with strongly hurt headache.
That was very bad because I have an examination on 10 o'clock.
At 7 am, I tried to ride a motorcycle to go to the hospital. I cried all time because of headache.
Until I met the doctor, he said that I have to go to sleep before 10 pm. because sleeplessness makes mybody get bad.
That made me realized that sleeping is very important.
Although we have a lot of work to do, we have to sleep enough.

I have a lot of an effect from sleeplessness.
It make feel sleepy all the time, especially, in the class.
My face is look so horrible.
I feel tied.

When I have a sleeplessness that continued about 2 or 3 days, it will be a bad unhealthy effect immediately.
For me, -headache
-mad
-very tired
- etc.
The easy way which I usually solve this problem are before sleeping I count the lamb from 1-1,000 (rarely to 1,000) or make a meditation for breathe out and inhale.

I have headache when I sleepness at night.
It is very bad and unhealthy.

Sleeplessness effects directly to my health.
I have a congenital disease that the doctor suggests me to sleep at least 6-8 hours a day,
but it's quite hard for me to follow the doctor's instruction because sometimes, I have many stuffs to do at night. The effect from sleeplessness for me is getting hard to breathe.I have to suffer from since I was 17 years old. That's so bad. I have to take care myself first.
