Yeah!!! I must have breakfast before going to the class cuz it's very important for me. If I don't have it, I will not fresh.

I rarely have a breakfast before going to study because I don't have time to prepare it and I can't go to the canteen. When I get up, I get dress and go to classroom first. Then I will go to eat something when time is up. I know it is not good for health but I don't know why I don't have breakfast everyday. Oh! I should to change my self.

I usually eat breakfast in the morning before 9.00 a.m.

The first reason, I have class in the morning and I need energy for my body. And next reason, The break is very important meal. Because you sleep at night at lease 6 hours and you don't eat anything during sleeping. It means you need some energy after you wake up.
