I really like to read and know about your abroad experiences.
Especially, the culture shock experience when you were in another country.
ummm ... Can it happen in Thailand? I am not sure. If you know about it please tell me.
I think it would be very helpful for those who want to go to abroad.
For me , I just have seen some Thai students that worn a very short uniform skirt in Wat Pra Kaew
when other foreigners had to wear Thai long skirt to cover their legs.
I don't know this can call a culture shock or not... but it shocked me so much hahaah  pale
Maybe your experience would help me know about it better.

I used to face it when I went to Denmark in 2010.
While I was deeply watching the movie, Johnny English,
it was an action and humorous movie. A Danish guy at the back kind of put
his feet crossed over my head-seat, and sure it was on
my head though. I was very shocked after I had turned my face to them
because I never saw this kind of culture. After that, I leaned
that Danish people consider feet equal to every part of their body.
Now I understand but I can't do this in Thailand..

ohhh my god hahahah Drom Laughing It would shock me too.
As we know that our Thai culture teach us that feet are lowest part of our body
and it is not good to use it for pointing another thing or raise it up to other people's position
or even bring it up on the chair. Your experience is helpful when I travel to Denmark I will try to understand this culture. By the way, I don't even know how to deal with this culture because it is very different from our Thai culture.
