I think it is bad if you always did it.
It is bad for your heath so it will make your health systems weak.
You will sick easily.
For me,I often go to bed before midnight. I think we need enough time to sleep.
If you are one of people who always go to bed late so please take care yourself.

Sure,It is so bad for my health or my body.
I usually go to bed after midnight, I feel bad because I don't have enough time to sleep.

It cannot be a good thing. It makes our health get bad. I try to go to bed early every night but there are too many things to do at night. And I also like study at night. This is the bad habit. I will try to change it for good health.

hahahah I like this question.

Since 3 weeks ago that 3EN students had to make CALL program, I slept too late 7 a.m. for many days. At that moment, I felt very uncomfortable. My eyes was dried. I got dizzy. Crying or Very sad
So you can see that it's not good for our health.

It's a sign that you are not healthy
I don't want to fall asleep before I get into my bed
so I will rest enough and make myself fresh.

It makes my body fade and sleepy when I go to the college.

In my opinion, it is very bad to fall sleep late because it will cause many effects such
- sleep late make you hungry >>> fat
- sleep late make you wrinkles >>> oldies
- sleep late make you bad grades >>> C, D or FFFFFF
- etc.
So, you should make a schedule to manage your time a day to make you have more time for sleeping and should not fall sleep late anyway.
