How to deal with difficult people

In the society, they are several kinds of people.
You have to face new people every days.
Some are nice and some are bad.
Some are easy and some are difficult.
Unfortunately i have to face with difficult people.
So could you please help me how to deal with difficult them.

Go far away from them.
You will be alright when you cannot see them.
And then make yourself happy with other people.
