Absolutely yes!
I think it's good for teacher because they can improve their teaching from feedback they get from students and also teacher will know students' personal attitude toward the subject or the teacher.

Why not? If you are fair and square, why do you scare of being judged?

In my opinion, I agree to grade them. That's way can make him/her know and realize himself/herself about the strategy that he/she use in the class and then they can improve by using our comments. I believe no one is perfect.
