How much water do you actually drink per day?

About 5-12 glasses per day, maybe.
I try to drink it as much as I can because it's good for health.
But I have to go to toilet many times, so I avoid drinking before go to bed.

My solution is bringing a bottle of water with me every time and put it near my bed . So, Ican drink it at night and when I wake up too.
