Not really. They make you gain lot of weight. Once a week is fine enough for me. I mostly drink flavored iced teas. The only soda I like is Coca Cola that's the worse one for your health.

I extremely love drinking soft drink and Pepsi or Coke are my most favorites.
Because of knowing that’s harm to my health, bone or whatever, I decided to stop taking them.
I could do that just for a moment. In short-term my attempt was ended up.
It seems like addicting drugs. When I’m very thirsty, I really NEED it.
Almost every day, I mean now, I have to buy one bottle of Coke with one glass of ice.
