What you think about children should have their own mobile phone?

I think children who are studying at primary school shouldn't use a mobile phone.
Now I have meet children who addict game and social network.
Moreover they are only 10-12 years old.
It's not good for their eyesight and brain system because they still young.
I think they should pay attention to study, talking and playing with their friends and parents.

Actually, it's not important much to children.
Do they have lots of business? No...
Is it necessary to have phone when they're too young? No...
However, parents are the one
who should teach their children what's good/ bad.
